Step 2: use Leech Bait
Use Leech Bait to summon the Island 2 progression boss. Keep the bait for this progression task rather than treating it as a general-purpose item.
Step 3: defeat the boss and keep the token
Defeat the summoned boss and collect its progression token for the final delivery.
Step 4: deliver the token
Take the progression token to its required delivery point to unlock Island 3. If the next area does not open, check that you completed all three parts: summon, defeat, and delivery.
